Recommended for those who appreciate service
The staff here, they made the experience special. One night, after realizing I was a little under the weather, they sent up a pot of homemade chicken soup which was exactly what I needed.
It wasn’t inexpensive, but I’ll be damned if it wasn’t worth it.

Small room sizes could be more spacious!!! High prices for transport services are absolutely unreasonable!!! Odd maintenance issues need to be addressed, as wear and tear is evident!!!

The Milestone greeted me with a warm welcome that set the tone for my stay. The staff made an immediate impression with their friendly demeanor. My room was a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. The bedding offered a cozy touch that made it hard to leave in the morning. I enjoyed the thoughtful amenities like the Floris toiletries and the two robes available, which added a nice touch of luxury. Evening turn-down service felt special, providing a little pampering at the end of the day. Breakfast options impressed me, especially the egg benedict, which was flawlessly prepared. I faced a couple of hiccups. The remote for the TV was temperamental, and the bathroom door got stuck once, but the staff responded quickly to both issues. I also found the hot water in the shower a bit unpredictable during peak times, which was a minor inconvenience. My stay felt personal, and each detail was attended to with care, making it well worth the visit.

Our group vacation was amazing! We enjoyed the beautiful decor and the friendly staff made us feel right at home. We visited the BBC Proms, which was fantastic, and spent evenings sipping handcrafted cocktails at the bar. The warm atmosphere really enhanced our experience, and the service was top-notch. Can't wait to return for another fun getaway!
I was disappointed with the breakfast. The full English was overcooked, the bacon was crispy and the fried eggs were too hard. It was surprising given the high standards everywhere else. I expected better for such a lovely place.

The location, right across from Kensington Palace, allows easy access to both the gardens and upscale shopping further along, providing a perfect mix of leisure and exploration.
After an upgrade, the room I ended up in had a toilet issue, with a cistern that ran constantly—pretty annoying for a stay meant for relaxation. while the hotel has some charming features, it lacks certain practical elements like a tall mirror in the room, which would have been a nice touch. The accessibility options felt a bit quirky. for someone with mobility challenges, I found the large step to the toilet in the upgraded room a bit perplexing and somewhat bothersome during my two-night stay.

We had a wonderful time in our uniquely designed junior suite with a stunning view of the park. The spa offered a much-needed foot massage and a relaxing sauna that really helped us unwind after exploring the city all day. Only minor downside was some noise from a guest on her phone during breakfast, but it didn’t ruin our experience—definitely try the hotel’s breakfast! 😊
